Ryan Day
A Shreiner Tree Care veteran since 1998, Ryan Day started as a crew member and has worked diligently to earn ISA Certified Arborist status. As a Sales Representative, Ryan strives to make every experience positive and provide complete satisfaction to our clients. Able to operate every piece of equipment in our vast arsenal, Ryan can assist to complete any project.
Dean Diehl
A Penn State graduate, Dean Diehl has various industry related endeavors which add value to his friendly and insightful service to Shreiner Tree Care clients. A judge at tree climbing competitions, an inventor of a specialty saw, an ISA Certified Arborist, a Certified Commercial Pesticide Applicator and a participant at training sessions for tree hazard identification and plant health care issues are all accomplishments that have provided Dean with expertise and skill to meet the needs observed in the landscapes he helps manage.
Kim Keyser
With nearly 20 years of accounting experience, Kim Keyser handles Accounts Payable, Human Resource and Payroll functions. In addition to helping answer incoming phone calls, Kim assists with special projects, marketing, and internal record keeping. With both Associate and Bachelor degrees in accounting, Kim enhances the management efforts of Shreiner Tree Care with significant financial expertise.
Kevin Lamphere
With more than fifteen years of experience in Arboriculture, Kevin has been a member of the Shreiner team since 2005. Kevin adds a unique and beneficial perspective in providing our clients with exemplary service. Kevin received his education at Paul Smith’s College for Arboriculture, earned the Certified Arborist designation from the International Society of Arboriculture and utilizes his combined experience as a tree climber and former business owner to relate earnestly with clients and coworkers. Kevin recently attended an intensive training program on Plant Health Care issues held at the University of Maryland.
Gene McMillen
As education and safety coordinator for Shreiner Tree Care, Gene McMillen has the skills, experience and education required for this important position. An alumni of Eastern University with graduate studies in Arboriculture at Millersville University, combined with professional designations as a Certified Arborist, Certified Tree Safety Professional and Licensed Commercial Pesticide Applicator, Gene’s broad-based knowledge makes him a valuable asset to the Shreiner Team. In addition to his work at Shreiner, Gene is the current President for the Penn-Del Chapter of the International Society of Arboriculture, a leading professional group in the industry.
Tom Shotzbarger
Tom Shotzbarger, a green industry veteran since 1973, serves as General Manager for Shreiner Tree Care. With an extensive background in education, training, management and business development, Tom helps support all coworkers and departments to provide superior client service. Certifications and Licenses include: ISA Board Certified Master Arborist, Certified Tree Expert, Pennsylvania Certified Horticulturist and Licensed Commercial Pesticide Applicator. Tom is very involved in identifying and implementing improvement opportunities that serve clients and coworkers alike.
Steve Shreiner
Steve Shreiner provides exceptional leadership for the Shreiner Team. Celebrating 25 years in business in 2011, Steve feels privileged, proud and blessed to have such great clients and coworkers. Steve’s experience and skill with people management and communications have allowed for continuing growth and opportunity for the firm. Active in many Main Line community groups and activities, Steve conveys excellence through involvement, education and participation. Technical competence as an ISA Board Certified Master Arborist assures that Steve’s management of clients’ properties is scientifically sound and industry current.
Desiree Terwilliger
Desiree Terwilliger, office manager with Shreiner Tree Care since 2000, provides expert service to clients and coworkers. Her friendly and professional manner greets people who call or visit our office. Desiree is successful with running smooth office operations in a genuinely pleasant manner. Her support and dedication to our Sales Team is phenomenal.
